By accessing and using CR Reviews, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
Eligibility
To use CR Reviews, you must:
- Be a current or former university student in Bangladesh
- Provide a valid university email address
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
Review Guidelines
When submitting reviews, you agree to:
- Provide honest, constructive and factual feedback
- Base reviews on personal experience only
- NOT post false, defamatory or malicious content
- NOT use offensive, abusive or discriminatory language
- NOT impersonate others or submit fake reviews
- NOT include personal contact information of CRs
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying or targeted attacks
- Spamming or submitting duplicate reviews
- Attempting to manipulate ratings or game the system
- Hacking, scraping or unauthorized data collection
- Using bots or automated tools to submit reviews
- Sharing your account credentials with others
Content Moderation
CR Reviews reserves the right to:
- Review and moderate all submitted content
- Remove reviews that violate our guidelines
- Suspend or ban accounts for repeated violations
- Contact users regarding problematic content
Intellectual Property
By submitting content to CR Reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license
to display, distribute and moderate your reviews. You retain ownership of your content,
but we can use it to operate and improve our platform.
Disclaimer
CR Reviews provides a platform for student opinions. We do NOT:
- Verify the accuracy of all reviews
- Endorse or guarantee the quality of any CR
- Take responsibility for decisions made based on reviews
- Mediate disputes between students and CRs
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that
violate these terms. Terminated users cannot create new accounts without our permission.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the
platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify
users of significant changes via email.
